Ideally, educated to degree-level or equivalent, you will have experience of co-ordinating projects including managing budget and building strong working relationships. Your enthusiasm will be motivational to others and your strong written and verbal communications will complement your excellent organisational skills. You will also have experience of line-management and of planning and prioritising the work of others. IT literacy is essential as is an understanding of the health benefits of active travel. You will also be committed to cycling and walking and the promotion of sustainable transport.
Cycle skills co-ordinator
The exciting challenges of this role in Sustrans new Cycle Skills Unit will include the delivery of Bikeability cycle training, leading rides and bike maintenance, and co-ordinating, leading, managing and supporting a team of staff to deliver the same in workplaces, schools and community settings.
£23,864 - £27,109 per annum
