Transport solutions for people with reduced mobility

By News Editor / Updated: 17 Mar 2015

In order for people with reduced mobility to travel around easily and safely in an inclusive manner, it is essential that all of the links in the transport chain are barrier-free. This training material looks at the range of public transport services available in our towns and cities and highlights the characteristics, which make them barrier-free.

These training materials have been developed to disseminate the lessons learned from the Active Access project and to support people in other communities (local authority, health agency or energy agency) to undertake active travel campaigns and projects.
