Communicating with the citizen

The CIVITAS VANGUARD project organised in co-operation with CIVITAS MIMOSA a training workshop on external communication techniques to effectively distribute messages about sustainable urban mobility.

The training provided: a review of relevant communications techniques, tips and tricks for effective external communication, interactive discussion and hands-on exercises. It also served as a basis for the development of a Communications Toolkit. Relevant materials are provided below.
