In this webinar, the Interreg MOBI-MIX project presents the recently developed Smart Mobility Guide, discussing its features and exploring how to apply the guide in a local case. The event will also be joined by industry experts to discuss the missing link between strategy, implementation and more interesting topics.

The smart mobility guide aims to improve implementation of shared mobility and MaaS in order to increase up-take of low-carbon transport in cities. The Smart Mobility Guide can be accessed here.

The webinar will focus on three main topics:

• Solution vs challenge-driven: what strategy to use when implementing new shared mobility solutions?
• Procurement: what procurement process is best to source and select mobility providers?
• Partnerships: what type of collaboration method is best to develop with mobility providers during the implementation stage?
