On 1 December, Urban Innovative Actions (UIA) and the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform are coming together to host a joint webinar offering insights in how to get people to break their habits and shift away from private vehicles towards clean and cleaner and more active modes.
From 14:00 to 16:00 CET participants can learn more and ask your questions about behaviour change for sustainable mobility.
During the webinar, two cities of the UIA present the challenges and solutions that cities are facing when they endeavour to achieve behaviour change. In addition, two Interreg Europe project representatives will dive deeper into the solutions that have been identified through their projects to resolve the challenges.
Topics and speakers include:
- Sophie Gillaerts from the City of Ghent (TMaaS project) and Maria Mourfoulaki from the Centre for Research and Technology, Hellas (e-smartec project) will focus their presentations on data and information provision.
- Anna Huttunen from the City of Lahti (CitiCAP project) and Kamila Dobek from the Adam Mickiewicz University Foundation, Poznan Science and Technology Park (PE4Trans project) will explore incentives for modal shift.
