The European Platform on Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans in co-operation with the EU-funded funded CIVINET and CIVITAS DYN@MO project and the JASPERS (Joint Assistance to Support Projects in European Regions) programme is hosting a half-day seminar on Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMPS) in Koprivnica (Croatia).

This event targets Croatian national, regional and local stakeholders (cities) who are interested and/or involved in urban transport and mobility planning.

The aims of the seminar are to:

• Update on the state-of-play of Croatian policy on urban transport planning;
• Inform about European support that cities can access when preparing, developing and implementing a SUMP;
• Familiarise participants with the plan concept, the main steps and the benefits; 
• Discuss barriers to the application of the plan concept in Croatian cities and how to overcome them.
