How do we build a city with safe streets for children that encourage them to walk or cycle to school and to their leisure activities? Find out some of the answers on Monday 13 December at 12.00 Bucharest time (10:00 GMT) at a webinar organised by CIVINET Romania.

Joining the webinar will be:

Dragoș Hriţuleac from Sustrans (Great Britain) that promotes mobility practices to reduce the dependence on cars within the community. Dragos's interests and expertise are focused on developing cycling infrastructure and the adpoption of a new perspective on mobility as a collaborative process between a community and the authorities.

Shannon Macika from Bable Smart Cities (Stuttgart) who will present cases of good practice hosted by the Bable platform, in the field of safe streets for children. Shannon has a wealth of experience in developing innovative solutions to urban, citizen-centred challenges.
