The DUT (Driving Urban Transitions) partnership is hosting a Workshop series on key challenges through a set of capacity building activities for public officers and practitioners passionate about the energy transition processes and urban transformation. The DUT Partnership aims to tackle urban challenges and the Public Officers and Practitioners Community enables local authorities and municipalities to translate global strategies into local action. The first of these workshops will be held on 29 March 2023 10:00-12:00 UTC.
There are a range of barriers to the effective exchange and knowledge transfer in research and practitioner contexts. Some are general to broader social policy spheres and others are more particularly associated with urban planning. Thus, the PoP Community will consider four type of gaps:
- procedures and procurement
- technological solutions
