On 27 May at 10:00-12:00 CET, meet experts in energy-efficiency in public transport from PKT (trolleybus operator in Gdynia), PMDP (public transport operator in Pilsen) and University of Maribor virtually, and learn about their experiences in demonstrating recovery of braking energy, stabilization of trolleybus-grid via buffer storage station, and e-fast-chargers within the EfficienCE project.
- Gdynia: installation of an inverter for processing excess braking energy and traction power of trolleybuses
- Pilsen: stabilization of trolleybus-grid via buffer storage station placed out at the final station of a trolleybus line in Pilsen
- Maribor: implementation of fast charger infrastructure for e-buses at the main station and the cable car station in Maribor
Participants will have also the opportunity to watch several videos about the pilot sites and ask questions from the experts.
