- HiReach is a three-year EU funded project focusing on developing new tools and business models to improve accessibility for special areas and communities.

Professor Rosário Macário from the Lisbon Technical University will present a keynote speech on the topic. The event will be moderated by Karen Vancluysen, POLIS Secretary General.
