The EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) will take place on 25-29 October 2021 under the theme: ‘Towards 2030: Reshaping the European Energy System’.
The event will comprise a 3-day digital Policy Conference, the EUSEW Awards, the second European Youth Energy Day as well as 1:1 video meetings, virtual stands and other networking activities. Participants will also have access to online side events and Sustainable Energy Days, digital events taking place all over Europe.
The Policy Conference is the biggest European conference dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe. Sessions organised by the European Commission and energy stakeholders will focus on sustainable energy issues, debate new policy developments, best practices and sustainable energy ideas.
Alongside the conference, networking opportunities will gather the EUSEW Community online to forge alliances whilst the EUSEW Awards celebrate outstanding individuals, projects and ideas.
During the conference, the second European Youth Energy Day will gather 18-34-year-olds to share their vision on Europe’s energy future, presenting their ideas to help make the European Green Deal a reality!
Public authorities, energy agencies, industry associations, businesses, civil society organisations and the media are all invited to take part in the conference. Past speakers and participants have come from city councils and the European institutions, private companies and research organisations, citizen groups and NGOs.
Complementing the main event programme, EUSEW 2021 will feature an extended programme of individual webinars hosted by partnering organisations.
