Over the past two years, the European transport sector has been impacted significantly by the COVID-19 pandemic. Passenger and freight transport has been severely disrupted; supply chains moved to breaking point, while the demand and necessity for the sector to re-orientate towards more digital, efficient, and sustainable practices continues to increase. Greener, more intelligent, safer, and efficient transport systems are at the forefront of the European Commission’s priorities.

Forum Europe’s 7th Annual Future of Transport Conference on 23 March 2022 9:OO-17:00 CET, will once again gather senior executives from the transport and technology sectors as well as key European and national policy makers to discuss and debate the most pressing issues facing the European transport sector, and how these can be tackled to ensure the sector continues to contribute to green innovation and economic development.

It will be a FREE hybrid event and will take place at The Stanhope Hotel, Balmoral Room, Rue du Commerce 9, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. In-person attendance will be limited to 120 attendees.

There is expected to be a significant in-person component and demand likely to be high, so if you are interested in participating, please register here as soon as possible. For those not attending on site, sessions will be live streamed to the events platform.

The key themes of the conference will be:

  • Supply chain challenges affecting EU transport sector
  • Achieving an interconnected multimodality transport ecosystem
  • Unlocking the value of connectivity through digital transformation
  • Reimagining Road Safety
  • Sustainable mobility and decarbonisation in Europe.
