On 23 May 2022 14:00-15:50 CEST POLIS will be joining the European Technology Platform, ALICE for the second of two webinars on the future of urban freight. The series explores governance, technology, planning, incentive schemes etc. and how public-private partnerships are being deployed in novel ways to leverage cutting edge digital technologies and data sharing mechanisms. The series provides an opportunity to hear about new concepts and opportunities between ongoing EU-funded projects and initiatives.

This 2nd POLIS-ALICE urban freight webinar, 'Cross-sector cooperation and new business models', will explore cooperation between suppliers, customers and public administrations for the successful implementation of new sustainable urban logistics' business models and how to reduce costs through smart consolidation of logistics' operations. Delegates will hear from the CULT initiative and EU-funded project LEAD to better understand the experience of and applications implemented in the cities of Antwerp and Madrid.
