Ideally, educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience of partnership working within a community-based or environmental project, with small businesses and with local authorities and have the ability to build strong working relationships. You will also have experience of leading group workshops and working with volunteers. Your enthusiasm will be motivational to others and your excellent written and verbal communication will complement your strong organisational skills. IT literacy is essential as is an understanding of behaviour change projects and best practice in cycling promotion and engagement. You will also be committed to active travel and the promotion of sustainable transport. DBS Enhanced Disclosure clearance is mandatory for this role.
