Job profile: 
This exciting new role will assist with Sustrans behaviour change work by helping to maintain mileposts, artworks and other assets on the National Cycle Network (NCN) in Scotland by working with specialist contractors and volunteers, as well as schools and community groups.

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience of project management and delivery, preparing tenders and working with contractors, and of light civil engineering works or groundworks.  You will have the ability to build effective working relationships and to plan and prioritise you own workload.  You will have good communication skills, have good map reading skills, be IT literate and be able to carry out practical repairs.  You will also have a strong commitment to the promotion of sustainable transport.  A full driving licence is required for this role.

Closing date for the receipt of completed applications is Wednesday 1 July 2015.  Interviews will be held in Edinburgh on week beginning 20 July 2015.
