Parking a car on the pavement - national regulations

Dear all,

I want to prepare a short comparison of regulations among different states and would like to ask you a question - is it possible to park a car on the pavement in your countries?

In Poland it is possible, as the car leaves 1,5m for pedestrians... I do not know if it\'s only our Polish "invention"? Very often it is a real obstacle for pedestrians.
Thank you for the help!

Finding the best paving solution

It is a true that the Durban based contractors have been helping the local people to find the perfect solution for the professional pavers for more than decades, and that too within their pocket-size.

Parking a car on the pavement - national regulations

In the UK the rules on footway parking are different for Greater London and the rest of the country. In London footway parking is prohibited, unless specifically signed as a suitable location. Outside London footway parking is legal, unless signed as being prohibited.
