Mazovian Railways has introduced new improvements for passengers with reduced mobility. In addition, everyone can now plan their train journey using a new internet or telephone service.
Mazovian Railways has decided to improve conditions for travelling on their trains for passengers with mobility limitations. Besides new technical solutions, a special internet and telephone information service have been launched.

With the help of the service a person with reduced mobility can plan the most comfortable connection. By calling +48 783 910 289 and informing the rail company about a planned route, all sorts of help can be prepared in advance, including assistance with getting on or off the train or a special facility wagon. The call should be made 48 hours prior to the departure. The call centre is available Mon to Fri 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Beside the telephone help line all the information is available on the internet: facilities for people with mobility difficulties at particular railway stations, reservation options, connection and interchange information integrated with the urban public transport of Warsaw (so far in Polish only).
