Definition – Leadership
refers to the act of leading a group of people/organisations, or the ability to do this. Reference is sometimes made to different styles of leadership, which could be e.g. either more democratic or authoritative.
Relevance to SUMP – The preparation and subsequent implementation of a SUMP requires political commitment and leadership.
