Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have substantial experience of advocacy and policy, of researching successful policy strategies and of understanding and communicating complex policy positions. You will have a proven ability to develop effective relationships, have a good understanding of how the Scottish media works and be able to plan a varied and heavy workload. You’ll be confident working both independently and within a busy team and you will be IT literate with a strong commitment to the ideals of the organisation.
