The first network of mobility centers in Styria (Austria) |
Europe-wide the first and so far only network of mobility centres is currently aborning in Styria. By the end of April 2007 four Styrian mobility centres will join forces with “Mobil Zentral” in Graz and therewith lay a foundation for a styrianwide mobility centres network.
A common VoIP-telephone system with professional call-centre functionality, a shareable intranet-platform, the common public appearance and a co-ordinated education and training of all staff members is the basic framework of the network. All partners within this network commit to doing customer -oriented service with extensive information and guidance. On the basis of this commitment all partners are able to manage a fundamental contribution for sustainable awareness in using public transport and environmental vehicles and to encourage tourism without using the car.
By affiliating further network partners all these benefits and the know-how-transfer can be enlarged and the market position can be forced.
