ManagEnergy Award competition (reminder)

The best European projects in the area of energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and clean transport are warmly invited to participate in the 2013 edition of the EUSEW awards competition.

Managed by the Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI) on behalf of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Energy, the Sustainable Energy Europe (SEE) Awards and the ManagEnergy Local Energy Action Award are complementary competitions sharing the same ultimate goal: to provide institutional recognition and increased visibility to best-in-class sustainable energy initiatives.

This competition provides an excellent opportunity to promote successful case studies of energy efficient actions and projects, which have taken place during 2012 in the field of urban mobility. Projects in this category aim to improve the mobility of people and goods in energy efficient ways or with the help of renewable energy sources. Examples: bike-for-rent systems, urban cycling audits, green mobility planning, eco-fuelled buses.

Deadline for submission is 8th March 2013.
